What we collect

When you place an order or create an account we collect your name, email, phone number, company (optional), delivery address, event details and order contents, plus your order notes.

How we use it

To prepare, deliver and confirm your order, contact you about it, take payment, and keep records. If you opt in, we email promo codes and seasonal menus, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your information.

Who handles it

We use trusted service providers to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting), Supabase (accounts and order records), Web3Forms (delivering orders to our inbox) and Stripe (card payments). Stripe handles card numbers directly; we never see or store them. To price delivery we send the address you type to OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) and the route coordinates to OSRM; address autocomplete, if enabled, uses Google Maps.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep order records as long as needed for our business and tax records. To see, correct or delete your information or account, contact us below.
